What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD.

Can I apply multiple coupon codes on the same order?

Only one coupon code can be used per order.

My payment failed, but money was deducted. What should I do?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be edited or cancelledΒ within 6 hours of placingΒ them. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.

Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes. Please enter your GSTIN at checkout or email us post-order. A GST invoice will be sent to your registered email.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes, you’ll receive an instantΒ WhatsApp/SMS/email confirmationΒ with your order ID once payment is successful.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2/3 cities: 5–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for orders above β‚Ή999. Orders below this value carry a flat β‚Ή99 fee.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/WhatsApp/email with a tracking link. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

What happens if I’m not available at delivery time?

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the order is auto-cancelled and marked as RTO (Return to Origin). Repeated failed COD deliveries may lead to COD being disabled on your account.

What is your return window?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Are Exchange Free?

Yes, exchanges are 100% free. You can swap sizes, colours, or product variants with no extra charge.

Do you charge for refunds?

Refunds to bank accounts/UPI carry a β‚Ή199 fee. Wallet refunds are free and processed faster.

What if I received a damaged or wrong product?

In case of wrong/damaged items, we’ll arrange a free reverse pickup and replacement. Please report within 48 hours with photos/videos of the package.

Can I keep the freebie if I return a combo offer?

No, both items must be returned together. If you wish to keep the freebie, you’ll need to pay its listed price.

How long does the exchange/refund process take?

1. Reverse pickup: 2–3 days
2. QC at warehouse: 24–48 hrs
3. Exchange: new item ships after QC
4. Refund: Wallet 1–2 days, UPI/Bank 3–5 days, Credit Card 7–10 days.

How long is the warranty period?

Most AffordFittings products come with a 10-year limited warranty. The exact warranty period is mentioned on each product page.

What does the warranty cover?

Warranty covers manufacturing defects, coating/finish defects, and functional issues under normal residential use.

What is not covered under warranty?

1. Damage from mishandling or accidents
2. Improper installation or modifications
3. Normal wear & tear, scratches, or stains from harsh cleaners
4. Clearance/final-sale items

Do I need to return the defective product?

In most cases, yes. A reverse pickup will be scheduled. If the defect is minor, we may only require photos/videos for verification.

Do you provide installation services?

Currently, we don’t provide installation. We recommend using a professional plumber/installer for best results.

Can your products be installed with existing fittings?

Yes, most of our products are standard-size compatible with existing bathroom/kitchen fittings in India. If in doubt, check dimensions on the product page.

How should I clean and maintain my product?

Use mild soap and water for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals, acids, or abrasive pads that may damage the finish.

Do your products come with installation accessories?
