 Product Information & Pricing

  1. We strive to ensure that all product details, images, prices, and specifications listed on AffordFittings are accurate. However, errors may occur.
  2. In the event of an error in product information or pricing, we reserve the right to correct it and update the order accordingly.
  3. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes may be withdrawn at any time.
  4. All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
  5. Product availability is not guaranteed. Orders may be canceled if stock is unavailable, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Orders & Payment

  1. All orders placed on AffordFittings are subject to acceptance and availability.
  2. An order confirmation will be sent via email/WhatsApp/SMS once payment is received and the order is accepted.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  4. Payments can be made via debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders may require a small pre-confirmation fee.
  5. In case of failed online transactions where payment is deducted but not reflected, the amount will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. We aim to deliver products within the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy. However, delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  2. Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Tracking details will be shared via email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
  3. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery at the shipping address provided.
  4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. AffordFittings will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  5. In case of non-serviceable pin codes or remote locations, additional time or charges may apply. Customers will be notified in advance.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. Returns and exchanges are governed by our official Returns & Exchange Policy. Customers are encouraged to review this policy before initiating a request.
  2. Products are eligible for return/exchange only if they are unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and within the return window.
  3. Free exchanges are offered on eligible items. Refunds to bank accounts/UPI are subject to a nominal processing fee, while wallet refunds are free.
  4. In case of wrong or damaged products received, AffordFittings will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
  5. Refunds will only be processed after successful quality check (QC) of the returned product at our warehouse.
  6. Timelines for refunds vary by method:
  • Wallet Refund: 1–2 business days
  • UPI/Debit Card/Net Banking: 3–5 business days
  • Credit Card: 7–10 business days

Warranty

  1. Most AffordFittings products come with a 10-year limited warranty. Specific warranty coverage is detailed on the individual product pages and on our dedicated Warranty Policy page.
  2. Warranty covers manufacturing defects, functional issues under normal residential use, and coating/finish defects.
  3. Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
  • Improper installation or modifications
  • Mishandling, accidents, or misuse
  • Normal wear & tear or surface scratches from harsh cleaners
  • Customers must provide a valid invoice and proof of defect (photos/videos) to claim warranty.
  • AffordFittings reserves the right to inspect and determine eligibility of warranty claims.
  • Approved claims will result in product replacement or repair as per company discretion.
