Refund - How it Works

Step 1

Start Request

Submit your exchange request directly through our Returns & Exchanges form.

  • You’ll need your Order ID and basic details.
  • Make sure the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Step 2

Pick a Reason

Tell us why you’d like to exchange your product.

  • Common reasons: size doesn’t fit, style/colour mismatch, or wrong item received.
  • Select your new preferred variant (size, colour, or different model) at the same time.

Step 3

Reverse Pickup

Once your request is approved:

  • Our logistics partner will schedule a doorstep pickup at a convenient time.
  • Pickup is free of cost for exchanges.
  • If you are in a non-serviceable pin code, you can self-ship and we’ll reimburse logistics charges up to a fixed limit.

Step 4

QC + Ships New Item

After we receive your returned product:

  • It undergoes a 24–48 hour quality check at our hub.
  • Once approved, your new item is shipped and you’ll receive real-time tracking details.
  • Standard delivery timelines apply (typically 3–7 working days depending on your pin code).

Pickup & QC

Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep pickup.

Once received at our hub, the product undergoes Quality Check (24–48 hrs).

Refund process starts only after QC approval.

UPI / Wallet / Debit Card: 1–5 working days

    ❌ Custom-made or made-to-order items.

    ❌ Opened consumables (like adhesives, sealants).

    ❌ Clearance or final-sale products.

    ❌ Requests raised beyond return window.

  • 💵 COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

    💵 Pre-confirmation fee: COD orders require a ₹20–₹50 token fee (non-refundable). This ensures only serious buyers place COD orders.

    💵 COD limit: Available for orders up to ₹20,000. High-ticket orders must be prepaid.

    💵 Pre-dispatch confirmation: Customers get an OTP or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. If not confirmed, the order will not ship.

    💵 Partial COD restriction: COD is not allowed on split shipments; full order must be prepaid or COD.

    💵 Abuse guard: Customers with repeated COD rejections may have COD option restricted or disabled.

  • 🚚 RTO (Return-to-Origin) Policy

    🚚  Failed delivery attempts: Courier will attempt delivery 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package returns to our warehouse.

    🚚  Prepaid RTO: Refund is initiated after the package passes QC check at our hub.

    🚚  COD RTO: Since no payment was made, the order will simply be cancelled.

    🚚  RTO charges: Logistics cost is borne by us for genuine delivery failures. For customer refusal, repeat offenders may be blacklisted from COD.

    🚚  Reactivation: Customers who had COD disabled can regain access by placing 2 prepaid successful orders.

Can I return or exchange installed items?

Unfortunately, used or installed items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

What if I’m outside your pickup coverage area?

You can self-ship the product. We’ll reimburse up to ₹250 once the item passes QC.
