Refund - How it Works

Submit your exchange request directly through ourΒ Returns & Exchanges form.
- Youβll need yourΒ Order IDΒ and basic details.
- Make sure the product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

Step 2
Pick a Reason
Tell us why youβd like to exchange your product.
- Common reasons: size doesnβt fit, style/colour mismatch, or wrong item received.
- Select yourΒ new preferred variantΒ (size, colour, or different model) at the same time.

Step 3
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved:
- Our logistics partner will schedule aΒ doorstep pickupΒ at a convenient time.
- Pickup isΒ free of costΒ for exchanges.
- If you are in a non-serviceable pin code, you canΒ self-shipΒ and weβll reimburse logistics charges up to a fixed limit.

Step 4
QC + Ships New Item
After we receive your returned product:
- It undergoes aΒ 24β48 hour quality checkΒ at our hub.
- Once approved, your new item is shipped and youβll receiveΒ real-time tracking details.
- Standard delivery timelines apply (typically 3β7 working days depending on your pin code).

COD & RTO (Cash on Delivery & Return-to-Origin)

π΅ COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
π΅Β Pre-confirmation fee: COD orders require aΒ βΉ20ββΉ50 token feeΒ (non-refundable). This ensures only serious buyers place COD orders.
π΅Β COD limit: Available for ordersΒ up to βΉ20,000. High-ticket orders must be prepaid.
π΅Β Pre-dispatch confirmation: Customers get anΒ OTP or WhatsApp confirmationΒ before dispatch. If not confirmed, the order will not ship.
π΅Β Partial COD restriction: COD is not allowed on split shipments; full order must be prepaid or COD.
π΅Β Abuse guard: Customers with repeated COD rejections may have COD optionΒ restricted or disabled.

π RTO (Return-to-Origin) Policy
πΒ Β Failed delivery attempts: Courier will attempt deliveryΒ 2 times. If unsuccessful, the package returns to our warehouse.
πΒ Β Prepaid RTO: Refund is initiated after the package passesΒ QC checkΒ at our hub.
πΒ Β COD RTO: Since no payment was made, the order will simply be cancelled.
πΒ Β RTO charges: Logistics cost is borne by us for genuine delivery failures. ForΒ customer refusal, repeat offenders may be blacklisted from COD.
πΒ Β Reactivation: Customers who had COD disabled canΒ regain accessΒ by placing 2 prepaid successful orders.
